Pricing is on request. Every setup is quoted for the place, the date and the scale. A heart arch with 300 roses, a yacht or a helicopter costs more. The number goes in writing after one call. A 50% deposit holds the evening.

Two things we will talk you out of

A Saturday sunset on a public beach. The light is flat, the beach is full and strangers walk through the photos. Ask on a weekday, 20 to 40 minutes after sunset, and the same setup looks like the pictures on this page.

And a proposal inside a restaurant. We cannot control the room, so we do not sell it.

From the first call to the quiet exit after yes

  1. Consultation

    Tell us about the two of you, the date and the place you picture. We suggest setups and locations that suit the light and the season.

  2. Booking

    A 50% deposit reserves the date, the time and the team. For last-minute evenings we take the full amount before the day.

  3. Your details

    A short questionnaire sets the flowers, the music, the message and the timing. Before the day you receive the full plan.

  4. The evening

    Setup takes one to three hours and is finished before you arrive. We break everything down after you leave.

Do you publish packages with starting prices?

Packages with starting prices are on the way and will be published here as soon as they are final. Until then we quote your date, place and guest count in writing after one call.

What is the average cost of a proposal setup?

Pricing is on request. Every setup is quoted for the place, the date and the scale. A heart arch with 300 roses, a yacht or a helicopter costs more. The number moves with the place, the date and the scale, and we put it in writing after one call.

What is included in the price?

Every proposal setup except the two room makeovers includes professional photography and a chilled bottle of sparkling wine. Setup happens one to three hours before you arrive and we clear everything after you leave. Every fresh flower in the setup goes home with you.

How far in advance should we book?

As early as you can, especially for peak season and popular dates. Proposals are usually booked at least two weeks ahead and elopements at least a month ahead, and we take last-minute requests whenever the team and the place are free.

Do you travel outside Miami?

Yes. We plan events across South and North Florida, from Key West to Tampa, and out of state on request.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Weather flexibility is written into the contract. We watch the forecast closely, stay in touch with you and adjust the time or move the date. If you cannot reschedule, we can sometimes set up indoors at your home or hotel.

What events do you plan?

Weddings, birthdays, baby and bridal showers, bar and bat mitzvahs, sweet sixteens and quinceañeras.
